Panoply LLC provides a one-stop resource for small organizations such as churches to establish themselves and grow into self-sufficiency. We combine deep experience in legal, financial, administration, teaching/training, technology and audio/visual into one team.
What We Offer
Executive/ Administration
The Executive/Admin set of services are designed to allow you to focus on the mission of your organization and leave the organization of your organization to us. Executive/Admin functions are customizable and will scale with your organization, from part-time bookkeeping to head of operations.
Bookkeeping
Panoply will perform bookkeeping services for your organization: accurately recording and categorizing your income and expenses, analyzing and forecasting financial health, and ensuring that taxes and other critical calculations are prepared correctly.
Office Management
Panoply will perform all of the “back office” functions for your organization. We will handle employee onboarding, recordkeeping, receipt of bills and other mail, and payment services.
Front Desk
Panoply will perform all of the “front office” functions for your organization. We will receive mail, email, and telephone calls for your organization; send routine messages to your members; and maintain calendars and other resources for your members.
Administration training
Panoply will train our replacements! If you have found a member or employee to perform the administration tasks, we will train that person to our high standards and provide our internal checklists and process documents for their use.
“Factotum”
What do you need? As your organization faces new challenges or opportunities, you might need short-term staff or substitutes for critical tasks. Whether it is creating presentations or curriculum, substitute preaching, scoping and managing a renovation–or anything in between–from our comprehensive set of skills, Panoply will meet your needs for as long as you need them.
Technology
The Technology set of services help meet the need of growing organizations as they increase and improve their technology footprint.
Tech Support
Panoply will help scope, purchase, and maintain technology such as computers, offsite backups, and other technology needs. Panoply will also be on hand to troubleshoot and repair your technology as you use it. This will include finding low-cost, high-value devices, software updates, password managers, data backups, and setup and training for users.
Audio/Video set up (in-house)
Panoply will visit your location and set up a low-cost, high-value system for your current and near-term audio/visual needs. This may be as little as a few microphones and a single mixer up to multiple microphones, instruments, and a full sound board. We will also train your A/V staff to operate the equipment to produce and maintain your A/V services.
Audio/Video set up (streaming/ recording)
Panoply will visit your location and set up a low-cost, high-value system for recording and streaming your productions online or on local television. We will also train your A/V staff to operate the equipment and create professional-looking productions with volunteer staff.
Audio/Video training
Panoply will train your current A/V staff to use their current system to its maximum capability. This is where Panoply started: 35 years ago in the TV Room at our home church.
Legal
The Legal set of services are designed to help your organization deal with situations where you need the experience, but not the cost, of an attorney.
Arbitration/ Mediation
Arbitration and mediation can be faster and less-expensive paths to resolve disputes without resorting to lawsuits and courts. Panoply can provide a trained and experienced neutral to help resolve these disputes.
Corporate Audit/ Best Practices
Nonprofits, especially churches and other religious entities, may struggle to meet their corporate obligations and avoid conflict between their corporate and their mission obligations. Panoply can review your organization as a corporation and help craft best practices to prevent conflicts and problems. *Note: Panoply and its employees are not Washington state attorneys, and any review will be limited so as to avoid practicing law.
